Servme provides a guest experience and CRM platform for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and hospitality groups.
The platform includes table and seat management, waitlists, guest profiling, online bookings, marketing, analytics, and integrations with hospitality systems.
Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.
The role targets restaurants, F&B groups, and hospitality brands and supports a predictable sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across assigned territories and target accounts.
- Research and engage prospects through cold calling, email, social selling, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads, respond to inbound inquiries, and schedule qualified meetings and demos.
- Educate prospects on Servme’s platform, value proposition, and use cases.
- Visit prospective and existing clients across Lebanon and nurture leads until sales handoff.
- Maintain CRM records, meet performance targets, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve outreach messaging.
