Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative works in Route Mobile's Market Development department.
The role coordinates between Market Development and Sales, generates opportunities, hands prospects to Sales, and helps shape regional sales development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute the assigned-region go-to-market strategy with the Account Director and Sales team.
- Find potential client accounts, research buyer personas, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Gather customer, industry, competitor, and marketplace insights for reports and presentations.
- Use Outreach.io, cold calls, and other channels to map and penetrate assigned accounts.
- Organize the company's presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Generate appointments, conduct qualifying calls, and influence the sales pipeline.
- Develop territory plans and provide weekly regional and competitive updates.
- Participate in broader sales development projects and improve related programs and processes.
