Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative plays a critical role within the Sales team and reports to the Manager, Sales Development.
The role identifies new business opportunities, engages prospective clients, builds qualified pipeline, and supports acquisition of new hiring managers and client accounts.
The position supports Voices' growth in the voice-over and creative services industry.
How You'll Contribute
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients through outbound prospecting to create qualified opportunities.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers while uncovering opportunities in existing accounts and new markets.
- Use phone, email, social selling, networking, and lead intelligence tools to connect with high-potential prospects.
- Nurture prospects through early buyer-journey stages by understanding challenges and delivering relevant information.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales, marketing, and product decisions.
- Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activity, and collaborate on lead handoffs, reporting accuracy, and process improvement.
