Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline and activity targets.
- Build and manage a high-volume outbound motion focused on cold calling, prospecting, and qualified meeting generation.
- Conduct one-to-ones, call reviews, and coaching sessions to improve messaging, objection handling, conversion, and performance.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop BDRs as the team grows.
