The Sales Development Representative will generate opportunities, handle inbound inquiries, follow up on marketing campaigns, and collaborate with sales to build pipeline and support revenue growth.

About the Role
- Research and prospect into target accounts.
- Conduct strategic outreach using cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and direct mail.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, and other lead-generation tools.
- Partner collaboratively with Account Executives.
- Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and pipeline metrics.
- Explain the value proposition of the Harness Platform in high-level conversations.
