About the Role

  • As the first International SDR at Amphora Logistics, you will build the foundations of our international sales engine.
  • You will open new markets, shape outbound strategies, and have direct impact on global expansion.

Tasks

  • Conduct in depth research to understand prospect interests and professional needs.
  • Develop deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior.
  • Prospect, research, and identify potential clients interested in the company’s products or services.
  • Generate leads by designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns across all communication channels.
  • Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales process and secure meetings or demos.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Organize or plan to attend events with AEs that prospects will appreciate.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospects as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • Professional or native level of English and Spanish. Additional languages (Portuguese, French, Italian, or German) are highly valued.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in a high growth tech environment.
  • Results driven mindset and perseverance.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
  • Excellent listening, trust building, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for startups.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the world of sales.
