What does a typical day look like for a SDR?

• Own the end-to-end closure of deals , from prospecting to final handshake.
• Sell Interakt , our WhatsApp marketing tool, to drive measurable business impact for clients.
• Engage and build relationships with SMB and MSME customers on a daily basis, understanding their needs and positioning Interakt as the ideal solution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

What responsibilities will you be trusted with?

• Follow up with Inbound Leads
• Do Product Demonstrations to the Qualified Leads
• Coordinating with Sales Teams to move leads to closure.
• Constantly record lead and prospect activity in CRMs.
• Develop new business with constant communication to prospective customers on Email, LinkedIn, Calling etc.
