About the Role
The Sales Development Representative joins the Expansion team in Melbourne to drive revenue growth from Compass's existing customer base.
The role converts leads into product outcomes by engaging school decision-makers, understanding their challenges and demonstrating relevant platform solutions.
The role focuses on outbound sales, relationship building, customer growth and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Engage existing customers through outbound campaigns, identify needs and articulate the value of Compass products.
- Monitor and achieve individual conversion performance against targets.
- Use active listening to understand customer goals and challenges and provide high-quality advice and solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of Compass modules and communicate their features and benefits.
- Keep current with outbound campaign development processes and sharpen sales techniques.
- Share customer queries, challenges and insights with the team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, accurately capture activity status and share feedback for campaign improvement.
