Responsibilities
- Outbound telephone prospecting on priority B2B targets: large corporates, Travel Management Companies, concierge services and business travel agencies
- Qualify inbound leads (forms, marketing campaigns, referrals) and prioritise handoffs to the Sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM rigorously — log interactions, track statuses and manage follow ups
- Work in close coordination with the Sales Director and Account Managers to ensure a healthy and fluid pipeline
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of B2B prospecting and business development experience, ideally in premium services, corporate travel or luxury
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening ability
- Rigorous in lead qualification and CRM documentation
- Fluent French and English required
- A third language (Italian, Spanish, or Arabic) is a strong asset

The role
- As part of our Revenue Marketing team build out, we are hiring two Sales Development Representatives responsible for identifying and qualifying B2B commercial opportunities across our target markets in Europe and the Middle East, before handing off to Account Managers or the Sales Director.

What we're looking for

- Fluent French and English required. A third language is a strong asset: Italian, Spanish or Arabic (IT, ES, Middle East markets)
