Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Introduce the company's products and solutions to prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with IT resellers, system integrators, ISPs, data centers, and enterprise customers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate sales records
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, target oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in English is required
- Arabic and/or Russian language skills are highly desirable

About the Role
- We are looking for motivated and results driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team in Dubai.
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities in the IT networking industry.
- We are hiring candidates who are: English Speakers, Arabic Speakers, Russian Speakers, Bilingual (Arabic & English).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Requirements

- Knowledge of networking hardware, fiber optics, or IT products is a plus but not mandatory.
