Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Sales Development Representative (SDR) role based in Dubai.
  • The SDR will identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social channels.
  • The role involves researching target markets, building prospect lists, and setting up introductory meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • The individual will maintain accurate records in the CRM, follow up on inbound inquiries, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • The SDR will also contribute to pipeline reporting, share market feedback, and support the overall sales process to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development — SaaS, B2B, or ERP background is a strong advantage
  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident in making outbound calls and engaging prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms, along with solid data entry and documentation practices
  • Goal oriented, resilient in handling rejection, and self motivated
  • Solid understanding of cloud software and ERP concepts
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid UAE driving licence preferred
  • UAE market knowledge and an existing business network is an advantage
