Prospecter is hiring a Sales Development Representative for a full-time remote role. The SDR will generate and qualify new business opportunities by using Prospecter's platform to find accounts, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities
- Use Prospecter to find qualified accounts and identify key decision makers
- Validate/refine emails and call prospects to schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives or client sales teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends
Requirements
- Capacity to reason on the ICP of the account and understand what buyers care about
- Fluent in English and able to articulate thoughts intelligibly and precisely
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline building
- Effective Communication and Sales skills, with ability to conduct persuasive conversations and handle objections professionally
- Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities, understanding buyer intent, and nurturing relationships
- Experience working in B2B environments, preferably in SaaS or technology driven sales, is beneficial
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and virtual collaboration platforms
- Strong organizational skills, self motivation, and ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks independently

Role Description
- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a full time remote role responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities for Prospecter’s clients.
- Day to day tasks include using Prospecter to find qualified accounts, Prospecter will identify key decision makers, and will write emails. Your job is validate/refine the emails and call the prospects, until you schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives or client sales teams.
- This role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, and providing feedback on prospect responses and market trends.
- Success in this position requires consistent activity, clear communication, and a focus on delivering high quality opportunities.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have the capacity to reason on the ICP of the account and deeply understand what they care about and what their buyers care about. Basically having common sense.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and able to articulate their thoughts intelligibly and precisely.
- Candidates should have strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills, with the ability to conduct persuasive conversations and handle objections professionally.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities, understanding buyer intent, and nurturing relationships.
