Sales Development Representative

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirement.
• Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirement.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or marketing experience required.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of sales theories and techniques
• Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with clients.
• Resilience to standard Telemarketing challenges and the ability to overcome objections.

• Some experience using a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.) preferred.
