Role Summary

  • We are looking to hire a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Active prospecting of new clients: Identify business opportunities in potential markets through different sources.
  • Prospect outreach: Use cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to introduce the company and its solutions.
  • Scheduling sales meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and the Sales team.
  • Lead qualification: Assess the suitability of prospects based on predefined criteria.
  • Collaboration with the Sales team: Work closely with Sales Executives to ensure qualified leads are effectively managed.
  • CRM follow up and updates: Keep the prospect database up to date and accurately record interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or business development within the technology sector.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Basic knowledge or familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English is a plus.

  • Strong customer facing skills: responsive, credible, consultative, knowledgeable, and empathetic.
  • Ability to build consultative relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Committed to continuously developing sales skills, market understanding, product knowledge, and customer insight.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  • Able to thrive in dynamic and fast paced environments.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
