Sales Development Representative

Boom is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth.

As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of our sales efforts — generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our Account Executives.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited about building relationships with prospective customers.

• Research, identify, and engage potential prospects through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through diligent prospecting efforts.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate Boom’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and the Sales VP to develop prospecting strategies.
• Log all activities, notes, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked).
• Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for Boom.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections professionally.
• Comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
• 0–2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales or B2B technology sales.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
