Role overview
The role is a Sales Representative position focused on B2B IT and SaaS sales.
The position manages end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, lead qualification, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
The role requires hands-on field sales experience in addition to remote and virtual selling.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Mumbai, India, with hybrid, on-site, and in-person client work described.
- Client meetings, site visits, and face-to-face demonstrations are required within Mumbai and surrounding regions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound outreach through cold email, LinkedIn networking, cold calling, and in-person field visits.
- Engage, qualify, and convert marketing-generated inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and on-site product walkthroughs tailored to prospect pain points.
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals against quarterly quotas.
- Maintain accurate deal, activity, and forecast records in the CRM.
- Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends with Marketing and Product teams.
