THE ROLE You'll build and lead our West Coast SDR team, driving outbound and inbound pipeline generation for Cresta's AI/CX platform.

This is a build role: you're setting the playbook, not inheriting one.

Bay Area based, in office 2x/week (Mon/Wed).

• Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional SDR talent
• Build and iterate on a data-driven outbound and inbound strategy
• Foster a culture of high accountability and performance
• Motivate the team through incentives and contests
• Uplevel SDRs and help them grow into future AEs and managers
• Report on SDR KPIs to ensure quotas and SLAs are hit daily
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales on key initiatives

• 2+ years of sales/SDR leadership experience in a high-growth technology company
• Located in the Bay Area, in office 2x/week (Mon/Wed)
