About the Role
Match-Trade Technologies seeks an Institutional Sales Representative based in Dubai to drive B2B sales of CFD liquidity and trading technology to brokers.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads via personal network and networking events
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to completion
- Present products to prospective clients remotely or live
- Prepare business plans for the targeted region
- Deal with prospective clients via emails, social media, telephone
- Collaborate with products, marketing, and technology teams
- Stay up to date with developments in the industry
- Represent the company at EXPOs and external meetings
- Maintain an organized database of clients and prospects
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry
- Experience selling CFD liquidity, trading technology, or other B2B brokerage solutions
- Existing network within brokerage, fintech, or institutional trading industry
- Good knowledge of FX business and CFD specifics in a particular region
- Very good interpersonal skills, sales personality, ability to close deals and exceed targets
- Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
- Strength in problem solving, attention to detail, ability to multitask in deadline driven environment
- Fluent English and Arabic
- Based in Dubai, willingness to travel for events/exhibitions

Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry.
