Overview
- Objective : To make outbound calls, lead generation, order conversion, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Make outbound sales calls to HORECA clients (restaurants, cafés, hotels)
- Identify and contact decision-makers (chefs, F&B managers, procurement heads) in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
- Maintain current accounts
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Follow up on quotations, samples, and inactive accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and support for customer product development needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and client feedback
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, implementing recovery strategies to maintain satisfaction.
