Responsibilities
- Generate new customers through cold calling, follow ups, and lead generation
- Promote and sell products available through our online pet store
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media
- Convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the online business
- Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities
- Inform customers about promotions, new arrivals, and special offers
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor deliveries and provide customers with order updates
- Handle after sales support, returns, and customer concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales information
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, reception, or a similar role
- Strong sales skills with confidence in cold calling and lead generation
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online communication platforms
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- 2 years in customer facing role (reception, customer service, sales) (Required)

Overview
- Intervet Veterinary Clinic is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer focused Sales cum Receptionist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on growing our online pet store through sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management, while also supporting our clinic recept
Online Sales & Business Development (Primary Role)
- Generate new customers through cold calling, follow ups, and lead generation.
- Promote and sell products available through our online pet store.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media.
- Convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the online business.

Operations & Order Coordination
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Reception Support
- Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, reception, or a similar role.
