The company seeks a Sales cum Supervisor to promote cleaning services, achieve sales targets, and supervise cleaning staff. The role requires experience in sales and supervision within the cleaning or facilities management industry, strong communication skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities
- Promote the company's services such as façade cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, marble polishing, rope access services, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC)
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Follow up with prospective clients to secure new contracts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable cleaning solutions
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to company standards
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to project sites efficiently
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and client satisfaction
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safe work practices
- Handle client complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- Experience in sales and supervision within the cleaning, facilities management, or maintenance industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and industry best practices
- Good organizational and problem solving abilities
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and operational targets

Sales Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients regarding work schedules, service requirements, and contract renewals
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to company standards

- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of work and client satisfaction
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safe work practices
- Report operational issues and recommend corrective actions

- Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling, manpower requirements, and material availability
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain records of daily operations, manpower deployment, and completed work
- Prepare service completion reports and obtain client approvals where required
- Monitor inventory of cleaning chemicals, consumables, uniforms, and equipment
- Assist in invoice follow up and payment collection when required
- Support management in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements
