Role Overview
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients while managing administrative, purchasing, logistics, and order processing activities.
The role also drives sales and revenue growth through direct engagement with potential customers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Ability to understand customer needs and communicate how products or services can meet those needs.
Purchasing and Operations
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and preparing price comparisons.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, invoices, and payment status.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Support inventory monitoring and coordinate with stores when required.
- Manage administrative functions and support logistics and order processing activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Sales Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by connecting with potential customers and persuading them to purchase products or services.
