Responsibilities
- Responsible for closing sales transactions
- Responsible for CRM data and communication with clients
- Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in real estate marketing and implementing improvements when needed
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual sales reports that accurately reflect achievements and progress
- Coordinate with customer experience and marketing departments to follow up on customer needs
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work
Requirements
- Experience in Off plan sales is an advantage
- Strong Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills to effectively close deals and meet targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trusted relationships with clients
- Highly organized with solid Organization Skills to manage client interactions and sales documentation
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
