Role Description

  • The Sales Coordinator – Welding Division is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for supporting the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries for welding consumables, accessories, and related products.
  • Day to day tasks include managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM and ERP systems, and following up on open quotations, orders, and payments.
  • The Sales Coordinator collaborates with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
  • The role also involves preparing sales reports, updating price lists, and assisting with tenders and key account support while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of welding products and related industrial supplies, with experience in or exposure to Marine, Shipbuilding, Construction, Fabrication, or Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Strong sales coordination skills, including quotation preparation, order processing, and follow up on deliveries and payments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems, as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
  • Ability to work on site in a fast paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer service within an industrial or trading company is highly beneficial.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant vocational or technical training in welding or industrial products is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
