Responsibilities
- Support sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Process customer orders and coordinate with departments for timely delivery
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or logistics administrative roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of land transportation operations and related documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or logistics administrative roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of land transportation operations and related documentation (LPO, Invoice, Delivery Note, Job Cards, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage client issues effectively.
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional conduct.
