Position Summary
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
- Prepare sales related documents throughout the sales process.
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Gather materials and assemble information packages.
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities and services.
- Serve as point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email.
