We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** to join our growing team in the **packaging & consumables segment (HoReCa focus)**.
This role is very critical in ensuring smooth coordination between **sales, customers, warehouse, procurement, and accounts**.
We are looking for someone who is **proactive, disciplined, and strong in follow-ups**.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with **quotations, order processing, and follow-ups**
- Coordinating with internal teams for **stock availability, dispatch, and delivery planning**
- Ensuring **proper documentation (LPO, invoices, approvals)** before processing orders
- Handling **customer communication** and providing timely updates
- Maintaining **daily reports, order tracking, and MIS**
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in **sales coordination (preferably packaging / FMCG / HoReCa)**
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of **Excel / ERP systems**
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment with strong ownership**
