The Sales Coordinator connects the commercial sales team, central warehouses, 3PL logistics partners, and B2B clients.

The role manages end-to-end sales order processing, dispatch planning, logistics follow-up, and inventory tracking.

The position supports high on-time delivery rates and minimal stockouts.

Validate customer purchase orders against contractual terms, price sheets, promotional discounts, and credit limits.
Generate sales orders, pick requests, proforma invoices, and delivery notes in the ERP system.

Process returns, short deliveries, and transit damage reports, coordinating credit and debit notes with finance.

Review real-time SKU stock levels across regional distribution centers and warehouses before order confirmation.

Enforce FEFO and FIFO handling guidelines to minimize expired or unsellable inventory.
Partner with warehouse teams during physical cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances against ERP records.
Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and near-expiry goods and escalate them for clearance actions.
