Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team on sales quotes, orders, stock, pricing, and client information from ERP.
- Track sales quotes and orders and update sales team on pending items.
- Maintain customer records, price lists, and agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on meeting schedules with clients.
- Improve walk in customer records and warehouse sales.
- Assist in local product sourcing by liaising with technical team and purchase.
- Assist in preparation and organizing of promotional materials and events.
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- 1 2 years sales coordination or back office experience
- Available in UAE for interview
- Valid UAE visit visa or cancelled visa
- Strong coordination and follow up skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Ability to prioritize under pressure
- Excellent communication in English
- Familiar with ERP systems like Odoo

Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

Compensation
- Pay: AED2,500.00 AED3,000.00 per month
