Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, track orders, and coordinate timelines between clients, production, and logistics
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or tracking systems
- Follow up on proposals and ensure client requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams
- Respond to client requests, prepare presentations or basic sales materials
- Assist with event and project related documentation and ensure timely delivery of services
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives, project managers, and operations staff to drive sales efficiency

Role Description
- The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating timelines between clients, production, and logistics.
- Daily activities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM or tracking systems, following up on proposals, and ensuring that client requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as lead follow up, proposal support, and basic negotiation assistance.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Candidates should be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross functional teams, and adapt to fast paced project timelines.
- Previous experience in events, printing, branding, or a related industry is beneficial, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
