About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive to become the driving force behind our sales pipeline.
  • This is not an administrative coordination role. We need someone who takes ownership of every enquiry, follows up relentlessly, keeps opportunities moving, and works with management to maximize conversion and revenue.

  • Have 2+ years of experience in an IT Solutions, System Integration, MSP, IT Infrastructure, or ERP/CRM Software company.
  • Have managed the complete inside sales cycle, from enquiry through quotation, follow up, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Have a proven track record of consistently following up on opportunities and improving quotation to order conversions.
  • Are highly organized and known for ensuring that no customer enquiry or quotation is forgotten.
  • Can independently prepare professional quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
  • Have hands on experience using CRM and/or ERP systems.
  • Communicate confidently with IT managers, procurement teams, and business decision makers.
  • Can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to all inbound enquiries received via phone, email, website, and other channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings between customers and the sales team.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, Bills of Materials (BOMs), licensing calculations, and commercial documentation.
  • Maintain complete ownership of every enquiry from first contact until the opportunity is won, lost, or formally closed.
  • Proactively follow up on all quotations and opportunities through calls, emails, and scheduled reminders.
  • Ensure no lead, quotation, or customer request is overlooked or left without timely action.
  • Keep opportunities moving by identifying delays, overcoming objections where appropriate, and escalating strategic opportunities to management when required.
  • Handle first level commercial discussions within approved pricing guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date CRM/ERP records, including all customer interactions, follow ups, quotations, and opportunity status.
  • Coordinate closely with technical, procurement, and management teams to ensure customers receive timely responses and proposals.
  • Support management in maximizing conversion rates and achieving monthly sales targets.

Performance Incentives

  • In addition to your fixed salary, performance based commissions and incentives are available based on measurable KPIs.
  • KPIs include lead response time, follow up consistency, pipeline management quality, quotation to order conversion, revenue generated, and overall contribution to sales growth.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, IT Hardware, Servers & Storage, Networking, Firewalls & Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, ERP / CRM Software Solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Ubiquiti, Synology, VMware, Hyper V, or similar technologies is an advantage.

Work Options

  • Dubai (On site): Office located in Al Nahda 2. Full time on site position.
  • Remote (India / Offshore): Applicants must have high speed internet, quiet professional workspace, reliable laptop/desktop, 100% power backup, and availability during UAE business hours. Local market salary structures will apply.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED3,500.00 AED5,000.00 per month
