The Sales Coordinator / Indoor Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting customers and ensuring smooth sales operations.
About The Role
You will work from the showroom or office, assisting contractors, walk-in customers, and companies with their construction material needs.
This role focuses on customer service, coordination, and sales support.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product selection
- Prepare quotations and price offers
- Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries with the warehouse
- Follow up on orders, payments, and customer requests
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation
- Support invoicing, billing, and basic reporting
- Coordinate with outdoor sales and suppliers
- Ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or customer service (construction materials preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, invoicing systems)
- Knowledge of building materials is an advantage
- Organized, responsive, and customer-focused mindset
- Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
