1.
Update finished goods stock on a daily basis using SAP System, and highlight pending orders.
2.
Enter all relevant Sales data and transactions in the SAP System.
3.
Coordinate with Production units to ensure orders information are communicated with respect to what shipped quantities and pending quantities.
4.
Coordinate between Sales team and production for the fulfilment of urgent orders.
5.
Prepare shipping documents in a daily basis and coordinate with Warehouse; in order for finished product to move out of the warehouse to the desired customer location.
6.
Providing detailed sales reports to management as required; enabling monitoring of each salesman’s results, and tracking the achievement of objectives and target.
7.
Attend all sales meetings and keep record.
Reporting
- Sales weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Sales meetings Minutes of Meetings .

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
