- Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
- Manage communication between sales representatives, clients, and other departments to ensure timely follow up and delivery
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow ups to maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost hotel bookings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer oriented approach
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced team environment
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
