Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through walk in customers, leads, referrals, and outbound calls
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate visits, networking, and client referrals
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person meetings
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, service agreements, and contracts
- Coordinate with operations and administration teams for service delivery and client onboarding
- Coordinate with drivers and field staff for timely deployment and service delivery
- Monitor daily staff scheduling and ensure cleaners are assigned on time
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service schedules and updates
- Conduct post service follow ups to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and contract renewals
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
- Support marketing initiatives and business development activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, cleaning services, or facilities management in the UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of UAE market and customer service standards
- UAE driving license preferred

Job Overview

- Coordinate with drivers and field staff to ensure timely deployment and service delivery to clients.
- Monitor daily staff scheduling and ensure cleaners and service personnel are assigned and delivered to customer locations on time.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and confirmations.
- Conduct post service follow ups with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve service issues and ensure smooth service execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, cleaning services, facilities management, or a related service industry in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and customer service standards.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
