Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Female Sales Coordinator (Tagalog Speaker)** to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, manage client communications, and assist in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
- Track sales orders, deliveries, and payments
- Liaise with production & logistics to ensure smooth execution
- Support business development activities and lead tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in UAE)
- **Fluent in Tagalog and English**
- Sould be in UAE on visit or cancel visa
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ready to join immediately.
