800Handyman is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support growing operations. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, prepare quotations and invoices, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Attend and respond promptly to customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle client requests and complaints
- Log service requests and jobs accurately into the company's CRM system
- Coordinate daily work schedules with technicians, supervisors, and the operations team
- Monitor job progress and follow up with customers to ensure timely service delivery
- Prepare quotations for minor maintenance works and handyman services
- Generate invoices and coordinate with customers regarding payments and collections
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, work orders, invoices, customer communications, and completed jobs
- Follow up on pending quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed jobs
- Support cross selling and upselling of additional maintenance and facility services
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports as required by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Call Centre, Administration, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tagalog language proficiency is preferred
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage multiple service requests simultaneously

About the Role
- 800Handyman, a division of Infinity Line Technical Services LLC, is looking for a proactive, customer focused, and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing operations.
- The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating service requests, preparing quotations and invoices, and ensuring excellent customer service from enquiry through to job completion.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Call Centre, Administration, or a similar role, preferably within Facilities Management, Technical Services, Maintenance, or Home Services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Tagalog language proficiency is preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Good organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience preparing quotations, invoices, and coordinating payment follow ups will be an advantage.
- Sales experience or a proven ability to achieve sales targets will be considered an added advantage.
