Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.
• Process customer Purchase Orders (POs) and issue Proforma Invoices (PI).
• Share catalogues, price lists, product updates, and promotional offers with customers periodically.
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, stock availability, deliveries, and shipments.
• Maintain regular communication with retailers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and update sales reports using Excel.
• Create basic presentations and reports using PowerPoint.
• Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and confirmations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Assist in preparing quotations and sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor stock movement and inform the sales team about fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales, finance, warehouse, and management teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
