Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day to day coordination of client inquiries and follow ups
- Handle incoming leads from calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Prepare proposals and service presentations for clients
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information
- Coordinate with PRO, licensing, banking, and operations teams for client onboarding
- Follow up with clients for document collection, approvals, and payments
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Schedule meetings and manage communication between clients and sales executives
- Prepare sales reports and track lead status regularly
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (preferably in corporate services, Free Zone, or PRO services)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of UAE Free Zone / Mainland business setup is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong follow up and organizational skills
- Languages: English, Hindi
