- Coordinate daily sales activities across multiple branches
- Support branch sales teams in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Coordinate stock movement and inventory requirements between branches
- Act as the communication link between management and branch sales teams
- Follow up on sales initiatives and ensure timely implementation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and branch performance
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and sales events
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, retail sales, or similar role
- Mandatory experience in perfume sales or retail sales
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel across company branches within the UAE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- UAE Driving License is an added advantage but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate sales operations across our branches in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perfume or retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with branch teams to drive sales performance.
