Electra Abu Dhabi LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator to prepare quotations, process orders, coordinate with logistics and accounts, and maintain customer databases. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma, 1-2 years of similar experience in the UAE, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process submittals, quotations, proforma invoices, and purchase orders based on sales team inputs
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and accounts to follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and invoicing
- Update and maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and lead trackers
- Follow up with clients for quotation approvals, purchase orders, and payment updates
- Generate and circulate weekly and monthly sales reports and assist in preparing documentation for management meetings
- Organize and archive sales correspondence, client files, and contracts
- Assist the sales team in coordinating client meetings, product presentations, and after sales follow ups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- 1 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer focused, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Fluency in English
