- We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with prior experience in universities, colleges, or educational institutions to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, experience handling student or client interactions, and the ability to support admissions, sales, and business development activities in a fast-paced environment.
- 🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- ✔ Coordinate sales and student/client enquiry activities
- ✔ Follow up on leads, applications, and admissions processes
- ✔ Support business development and student recruitment initiatives
- ✔ Maintain databases, reports, and CRM records
- ✔ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- ✔ Assist in organizing events, seminars, and promotional activities
- ✔ Ensure timely communication and excellent client/student experience
- ✅ Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, admissions, or student recruitment
- Prior experience in universities, colleges, educational institutions, or training institutes preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
- UAE experience will be an added advantage
- ⭐ Preferred:
- Experience in education counselling or admissions support
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
