Overview

• We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with prior experience in universities, colleges, or educational institutions to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, experience handling student or client interactions, and the ability to support admissions, sales, and business development activities in a fast-paced environment.
• 🌟 Key Responsibilities:
• ✔ Coordinate sales and student/client enquiry activities
• ✔ Follow up on leads, applications, and admissions processes
• ✔ Support business development and student recruitment initiatives
• ✔ Maintain databases, reports, and CRM records
• ✔ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• ✔ Assist in organizing events, seminars, and promotional activities
• ✔ Ensure timely communication and excellent client/student experience
• ✅ Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, admissions, or student recruitment
• Prior experience in universities, colleges, educational institutions, or training institutes preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively
• UAE experience will be an added advantage

• Experience in education counselling or admissions support
