Job Description

  • Seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join Aegotel Technology.
  • Support daily sales operations, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, maintain accurate sales records, and ensure smooth order management.
  • Ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day to day sales operations and effective workflow management.
  • Prepare, process, and maintain quotations, proposals, sales orders, and other sales related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and generate reports to support sales activities and performance tracking.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to facilitate seamless order processing and timely project execution.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow ups, and maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor order progress from processing to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team while assisting in negotiations and achieving business objectives.
  • Ensure all sales records, reports, and documentation are organized, updated, and compliant with company standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Administrative Support.
  • Experience in the Telecom, ICT, or Network industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.

Additional Information

  • Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
  • Work Location: In person.
