Aegotel Technology Network Services is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, manage CRM records, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day to day sales operations and effective workflow management
- Prepare, process, and maintain quotations, proposals, sales orders, and other sales related documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and generate reports to support sales activities
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to facilitate seamless order processing and project execution
- Assist in scheduling meetings, follow ups, and maintaining regular communication with clients
- Monitor order progress from processing to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and assist in negotiations
- Ensure all sales records, reports, and documentation are organized, updated, and compliant with company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, or Administrative Support
- Experience in Telecom, ICT, or Network industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast paced environment

- Seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join Aegotel Technology.
- Support daily sales operations, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, maintain accurate sales records, and ensure smooth order management.
