Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with a Fire & Safety Engineering background to join our team in Dubai.
The candidate should have experience in handling quotations, AMC coordination, client follow-ups, and supporting the sales team for fire alarm and fire fighting projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and AMC contracts
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technical team
- Follow up on enquiries, approvals, and payments
- Handle emails, calls, and customer communication
- Maintain sales records and documentation
- Assist with vendor registration and tender submissions
- Support sales team in achieving targets
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years experience in Fire Protection / MEP industry
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and email handling
- UAE experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
