Responsibilities
- Manage incoming purchase orders, draft quotations, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding order statuses, product availability, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate sales records, track the sales pipeline, and update databases
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to guarantee timely service delivery
- Schedule client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and assist with tender documents and commercial proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (high school diploma with relevant experience considered for entry level)
- 1–2 years in sales administration, customer service, or a coordination role, preferably within the hospitality sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects, orders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot delivery delays, stock shortages, or client complaints

Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Sales Coordinator to support our hospitality sales team. This role is central to our sales operation — managing client enquiries, preparing professional quotations, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to confirmed booking.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage incoming purchase orders, draft quotations, and ensure all billing and invoicing is accurate and timely.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding order statuses, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track the sales pipeline, and update databases to help management evaluate team performance.
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to guarantee services are delivered on time and to the expected standard.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare presentation materials, and assist with tender documents and bespoke commercial proposals.
