Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, follow ups, and customer inquiries.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments regarding deliveries and payments.
  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, documentation, and after sales service.

Qualifications

  • 1 2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoho).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
