Role Overview

  • The Sales Coordinator will provide essential support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client interactions, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and client calls for the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company standards.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Process orders, verify pricing, and liaise with logistics/finance for fulfillment.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on order status.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage deadlines.

Pay

  • QAR 2,500.00 QAR 3,000.00 per month
