- Office Management, operations & procurement

- Following up on leads, preparing basic reports
- Ensuring accurate data entry in CRM or sales systems
- Maintaining complete Documentation
- Quotation & order tracking
- HR coordination (attendance, leave, onboarding)
- Vendor coordination (non sales)
- Asset management (IT, demo units)
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Assisting with sales presentations and proposals
- Coordination and ensuring smooth process between sales, admin & finance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years UAE experience
- Excellent Excel and Outlook skills
- Strong follow up and coordination abilities
- Experience supporting sales team
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to independently manage quotations, order processing, and administrative functions
