Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in the UAE.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator
  • Proven experience working with ADNOC, DEWA, and other government/semi government entities
  • Strong knowledge of tendering, RFQ management, and procurement processes
  • Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day to day sales operations
  • Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing
  • Follow up on tenders, RFQs, and purchase orders
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely project execution and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
