- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead generation activities
- Promote the company's IT products, networking solutions, and services to prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions or coordinate with technical teams
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Coordinate with external sales team to support ongoing opportunities
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders to maximize conversion rates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, networking technologies, and Cisco product offerings
- Assist management in preparing sales reports and achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer facing roles within the IT industry
- Exposure to networking technologies, IT infrastructure solutions, and Cisco products preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per hour
